Financial Policy
Payment is generally expected as services are rendered unless previous arrangements have been made. We accept several insurance plans and will gladly file your claim for you. In return, we ask that you please provide as much information about your dental insurance plan as possible.
We accept Visa, and MasterCard and interest free financing with approved credit. There is a $50 charge for returned checks.
No insurance will cover 100% of all dental procedures. Due to the various deductibles, maximums and limitations on coverage, sometimes additional charges will occur and the patient is responsible for these charges. We will do our best to estimate your portion not covered by your insurance company, and the patient is responsible for charges not paid by insurance, regardless of our estimate.
